Rwanda Workshop Explores Climate-Driven Tipping Points in Great Apes

Stefanie Heinicke (PIK), leader of TipESM WP5, represented TipESM at the Ellen DeGeneres Campus of the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund in Kinigi, Rwanda in July 2024. She gave a talk titled, “Investigating climate-driven tipping in great apes using agent-based modeling”. The event was a training workshop for young academics from great ape range countries.
